Problema messa a fuoco Foto

Salve a tutti,
ho letto di problemi di messa a fuoco per la funzione foto riscontrati sulla hero3+ black.

qualcuno ha avuto problemi in merito?

Sapresti specificare meglio di che tipo di problemi stiamo parlando? Personalmente l'unico "problema" cho ho riscontrato è la messa a fuoco nelle foto macro (quindi molto ravvicinate) ma si può rimidiare utilizzando l'apposito Filtro Macro

Al momento non abbiamo alcuna segnalazione di questo problema e le foto di Puccio sono una prova della qualità delle immagini.
Ricordo, come spesso faccio agli appassionati di fotografia, che la GoPro è prima di tutto una videocamera che nasce per uso sportivo e non una fotocamera in grado di scattare a livello di una reflex o di una compatta di qualità. Penso che per tutte le funzioni che GoPro è in grado di svolgere il suo "livello fotografico" è più che accettabile. Ti ricordo che come da regolamento, non è possibile linkare ad altri forum; ti prego quindi di copiare e incollare la descrizione del problema. Attendiamo maggiori info sul problema segnalato

Just took delivery of the new 3+ Black Edition yesterday, so I was eager today to do a few comparison shots against the 3 Black version. I've attached a couple of sample crops from the 40 or so shots I took, all at the same settings etc. As you can see I'm really hoping that I have a faulty 3+ and this isn't the actual quality! All of the shots from the 3+ were no way near as sharp as the 3, and all with a lot less detail. The 3+ images all look 'mushy' compared to the 3, as if a load of noise reduction is being applied? GoPro are claiming a 33% improvement in IQ with the help of its new lens etc - these results were not what I was hoping for

No problem. Two unprocessed shots from the 3 and 3+ Black Editions, both at 12MP. As you can see it looks as if the 3+ is having some sort of noise reduction applied? If you look at the stonework in the sea wall you can clearly see the difference in detail quality between the two cameras. Not good!

I've been in contact with the company I bought it from and they've offered me a refund. I'm reluctant at this stage to get a replacement as my gut feeling is that this is not a faulty camera but just how it is. They did say they thought that the 33% improved image quality claim by GoPro relates only to the video side of things and not stills?!

It does indeed seem as if some sort of compression is being applied to the jpegs. The image file size produced by the Hero3+ is approx half that of the Hero3. I've emailed GoPro directly to ask their advice


A me sinceramente le foto panoramiche dopo l'aggiornamento vengono meglio. Forse non era un problema di messa a fuoco ma solo di compressione.

These are not self focussing cameras ... they are fixed focus so a software update will never, ever, under any circumstances, fix the focus. The only way to do that is to physically adjust the lens barrel.

A software update can turn up the sharpening to give the illusion of slightly crisper edges but it will actually be a lower quality image and image information will be lost in the process. Gopro reps may say it is an issue they can fix with software but they cannot.

in effetti anche a me sembra che la 3+ metta a fuoco molto bene i soggetti ravvicinati (con una nitidezza impressionante per una piccola 12Mpx) ma male quelli lontani (per esempio nei panorami).
Non ho ancora provato dopo l'aggiornamento.

Quando avevo la hero3 black, ho avuto un problema di messa a fuoco perchè, -.- cadendo senza custodia, ha picchiato al suolo lato lente. Nessun danno, ma immagini e video erano fuori fuoco. Dopo aver scaricato qualche santo, mi sono armato di pazienza ed ho aperto la gopro. Ho scoperto che la lente ed il suo "barilotto" o meglio barilottolino o_O :) si può allentare o stringere come fosse una vite. La distanza tra la lente e il sensore determina il punto di messa a fuoco.

Probabilmente alcune nuove gopro hanno la lente millimetricamente ruotata
